Re-elected to a new three year term on the Board of Directors (President) in October, 2022.

Accomplishments:

• Eliminated bureaucracy. HOA requests that used to take weeks or months to complete, now only take a few hours to address.
• Made the entire HOA process more efficient by setting up Google Workspace and an HOA website where everything is digitized so residents have access to all relevant documents and can easily communicate with Board members.
• Audited finances and removed unnecessary expenses, as well as reallocate reserve funds. These changed provide an additional $23K/year for the association.
• Renegotiated vendor contracts to benefit the association.
• Completed several neighborhood improvement projects under budget.
• Designed online voting system to simplify the process and increase resident participation in annual elections.
